Practice Manager, Dawn Means has been employed in medical practices since 2004, with a brief hiatus working at the Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. In 2010, Dawn moved to Dallas and began her career in plastic surgery, starting at the front office, then marketing, billing, and financial benchmarking. Despite all of her experience, she is still committed to expanding her knowledge of surgical procedures so that she can best serve patients.
Dawn was raised in the Teton Valley, and she enjoys camping and fishing. Dallas is a great home for her as she loves traveling to new places and seeing and tasting as much culture as possible. She’s happy either going out to a movie or staying in to read whatever her book club has chosen. Cooking is her creative outlet, and she often hosts cookouts or dinner parties with friends.
Heather Selck does all of our presurgical orthopedics for the cleft lip and palate babies and joined Dr. Beale’s team in 2018. Her journey with cleft lip and palate started in 1991 and has overwhelmingly become her passion. You will probably see Heather’s smile greeting you as you walk into the office, or she may even assist you with one of your post op visits. She wears a lot of “hats” in the office, but her favorite is when she gets to share a bit of laughter or just take a moment to listen. Heather is Originally from Virginia but moved to Texas after college in 1991. She and her husband Paul love to go hiking and kayaking anywhere an adventure takes them! Fun Fact: “I make the best chocolate chip cookies you have ever eaten in your life!”
